I am Alex Ortiz, a passionate chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary arts. As an executive chef in prestigious hotels in the Riviera Maya, I have honed my skills to the highest level, cooking for corporate events of international brands and creating unforgettable culinary experiences for weddings with guests from around the world.

I had the honor of representing Mexico at the XV International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

My passion for cooking starts in my garden, where I grow the fresh ingredients I use in every dish. I firmly believe in bringing the best of the land to your table, combining innovative techniques with authentic flavors that captivate the senses.
